- Operate CNC turn-mill, turning, and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining and adherence to design requirements
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards
- Set up various tooling types and machine configurations to optimize machining processes and efficiency
- Utilize Mastercam software to assist in programming CNC machines and improve machining accuracy (experience with programming is a plus)
- Work independently to complete assigned machining tasks while collaborating with team members to meet production goals
