Job Overview

As an Assistant Supervisor Trainee at Rise Bakehouse, you will undergo structured on-the-job training to develop the knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities required to support the daily operations of the café. You will work closely with the management and outlet supervisor to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming dining experience for all guests.
• Support and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective teamwork.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and outlet readiness.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to Rise Bakehouse's quality standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally, escalating matters when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management, stock ordering, stock receiving, and stock control.
• Learn staff scheduling, manpower planning, and operational coordination under the guidance of management.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees to ensure consistent service standards.
• Assist in achieving outlet sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management.
