Senior Marketing & Social Media Executive | Rise Bakehouse

Rise Bakehouse is expanding and we are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. If you love storytelling, branding, and creating engaging digital content in the F&B space, we would love to meet you.

As part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of Rise Bakehouse across our outlets and upcoming projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Create engaging marketing content including graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials.

Design marketing collaterals such as posters, menus, EDMs, and digital advertisements.

Manage and maintain Rise Bakehouse’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

Work closely with management and operations team to promote new menu launches, campaigns, and outlet events.

Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and collaborators when required.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing.

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office.

• Strong eye for design, branding, and social media trends.

• Committed and proactive, willing to take initiative on projects.

• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in F&B, lifestyle or hospitality marketing will be an advantage.
