Looking for an HR / HRIS administrative role where you can gain exposure to HR systems, vendor coordination and operational support?

Join a dynamic HRIS team and support the smooth running of daily HRIS operations!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle general enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HRIS team
• Maintain HRIS documentation, records, trackers and correspondence
• Coordinate vendor invoices, payment status and follow-ups
• Support purchase requisitions, goods receipt and payment processes
• Assist with billing coordination and work closely with finance teams and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure requests are routed promptly
• Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling and preparation of materials
• Support other HRIS administrative and operational activities as required
