• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to support hiring timelines
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement and communication
• Maintain and update recruitment records accurately to ensure data integrity
• Explore and implement new, creative sourcing strategies to improve candidate acquisition
