HR Transformation Project Executive (US MNC Semicon)

The client is a world-leading semiconductor company from the USA. It is recognized as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Location: Woodlands
Employment Type: 12 months contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project timelines, trackers, action logs and issue lists.

• Coordinate meetings and follow up with stakeholders on action items.

• Document current and future HR workflows, SOPs and process maps.

• Collect operational data and prepare dashboards and reports.

• Support AI, automation and workflow digitisation initiatives.

• Assist with requirements gathering, test scripts, UAT and issue tracking.

• Prepare user guides, training materials, FAQs and communications.

• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs.

• Escalate project delays, missing information and documentation risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, project coordination, process documentation or business support.

• Fresh graduates with relevant AI or automation project exposure may apply.

• Strong coordination, documentation, organisation and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

• Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable working with global teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to HR shared services, PMO or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.
• Experience with SOPs, process mapping, dashboards, UAT or change-management activities.
