Organization Development Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an Organization Development Specialist to support talent and organizational development initiatives that enable business transformation and future workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational development and workforce transformation initiatives aligned with business strategies and future operating models.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and transformation teams to assess organizational impacts arising from process, technology, operating model, and role changes.
• Conduct job analysis to identify evolving responsibilities, skills, competencies, and future capability requirements.
• Support job evaluation activities by assessing role scope, complexity, accountabilities, and organizational impact.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, job families, role profiles, competency models, and career progression pathways.
• Support workforce planning and skills-based talent strategies to address current and future workforce needs.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
• Develop and maintain skills taxonomies, competency frameworks, career pathways, and workforce capability assessments.
• Support talent development, onboarding, career growth, succession planning, and employee capability-building initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve organizational readiness, employee adoption, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Analyze workforce, talent, skills, and organizational readiness data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare workforce insights, reports, and recommendations to support organization design, capability planning, and talent strategies.
• Leverage analytics, AI, and workforce intelligence tools to improve workforce planning, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business transformation, organizational change, workforce planning, job architecture, or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience in translating workforce insights, skills data, and stakeholder input into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workforce and organizational topics into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working collaboratively with business, HR, Learning & Development, transformation, and change management teams.
• Experience in workforce analytics, skills-based talent management, or organizational effectiveness will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
