Human Resource Specialist (Payroll/ Operations)

• Administer Group Insurance enrolment, changes, and terminations, along with benefits programs such as Staff Purchase Scheme and Recognition programs
• Handle benefits-related communications and respond to employee queries
• Support work pass applications and manage ad-hoc employee requests (leave, remote working arrangements)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Field HR-related employee queries with a strong customer service orientation
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc payroll processing, including data preparation for payroll, leave, and claims
• Support statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing) and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
