Trade Support Analyst (Commodities) - Contract

• Full ownership of the operational cycle for dry bulk shipments, from vessel nomination through to final settlement

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution: laycan/vessel nomination, chartering liaison, loading/discharge coordination for dry bulk cargoes, including ore/mineral shipments

• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, COA, COO, insurance certs)

• Monitor demurrage/despatch calculations and disputes

• Coordinate with surveyors, agents, freight forwarders, and terminal operators

• Track LC/payment terms and liaise with trade finance

• Interface with traders, freight desk, and finance on P&L reconciliation

• Handle claims (quality/quantity discrepancies) where they arise
