About this job
- Drive outbound prospecting and new business development across the Capital Markets client segment
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through research, referrals, events, LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
- Identify, map, and engage key decision makers across target accounts
- Conduct client discovery to understand business models, FX/payment flows, pain points, and commercial potential
- Position the FX and payments solutions to prospective clients
- Manage client meetings, proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work with internal product, treasury, compliance, operations, onboarding, and client experience teams to move opportunities to go-live
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new revenue opportunities
- Take ownership of sales activity, pipeline conversion, and revenue contribution from new client acquisition
