Business Development Manager (Law Firm)

We are working with an international law firm to look to for a Business Development Manager to support and drive growth across the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Driving and supporting BD plans and growth initiatives
• Aligning local strategies with global BD and firmwide objectives
• Developing and executing client and practice growth plans, including cross-selling opportunities with global teams
• Providing strategic input into pitches, panel submissions, and win strategies
• Leveraging data, market intelligence, and technology tools to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and track trends
• Building strong internal relationships across global BD, marketing, and practice team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within legal services / law firms
• Strong track record in developing and executing BD strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and panel submissions
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and data-driven capabilities
• Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience using BD tools, CRM systems, and market intelligence platforms
