Human Resource Associate (1 year contract, convertible) -CK

Location : Central

Basic up to $3,700 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

1.Global Mobility Operations: Support payroll, tax, relocation administration, onboarding coordination, mobility documentation, compliance, and record management.

2.Immigration Administration: Coordinate and administer Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, and other immigration-related processes.

3.Documentation & Billing: Manage billing workflows, internal chargebacks, approvals tracking, and HR-related agreements/documentation.

4.System Support & Data Management: Support HR system implementation, data migration activities, and ongoing system maintenance.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to support business operations and departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

•Minimum 1 year of HR administration or HR operations experience.

•Exposure to mobility administration and/or immigration processes such as Employment Pass applications.

•Regional HR operations experience or HR system transition experience will be advantageous.

Knowledge of payroll and mobility-related processes.

•Knowledge on Work pass application processes.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel preferred).

•Experience using HR Management Systems (HRMS).

•Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

•Familiarity with international mobility, relocation, and immigration processes is advantageous.
