Explorer Academy is a Science specialist tuition centre with over 12 years of results. We are looking for a Science Teacher who is passionate about the subject, genuinely cares about students, and wants to develop their craft in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Teach small group classes (6–12 students) using our in-house curriculum
• Provide academic guidance and regular progress updates to parents

Student Support

• Identify students who need additional help and provide timely support
• Maintain clear records of student progress and flag concerns to the lead teacher promptly

Curriculum and Programme

• Collaborate on lesson content updates and curriculum improvements
• Participate in planning and delivering termly revision and holiday programme

Job Requirements

• What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Science or Education
• Some teaching or tutoring experience in your subject expert
• Strong foundation in MOE Science content
• Patient, reliable, and genuine enjoyment in working with students
• Eager to learn and receptive to feedback

Qualification

• Degree Holder (Science Degree Chemistry/Life Science/ Engineering / Teaching)

Working Hours

• 4 weekdays + 1 Weekend
