Accounts Executive #EAT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare GST returns and support audit requirements and schedules
• Perform month-end closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of finance-related documents
• Monitor stock records and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Handle other finance-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience handling a full set of accounts
• Good organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
• Resourceful, self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
