Job Summary

You will support administrative and coordination tasks by managing data entry, communicating product information, liaising with stakeholders, and following up with customers to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and extract relevant information to support business needs
• Communicate clearly about company products, promotions, and packages to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate workflow
• Make follow-up calls to customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries proactively
• Use Excel and MS Office tools to organize information and support administrative tasks
• Work independently to identify and solve problems, ensuring timely completion of duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications to support data management and reporting

Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to task completion

Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and improve processes

Good time management.

Good communication and writing skills.
