Job Summary

Our client seeks an experienced Fund Administrator to manage accounting, compliance, and operational tasks supporting fund administration and asset management activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update books and records to track fund assets and liabilities for precise NAV calculation
• Process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share transfers efficiently
• Conduct KYC and AML checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in preparing periodic financial statements, valuations, and performance metrics to support reporting
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash flows, and bank transfers to maintain financial accuracy
• Support audit processes by compiling required data and documentation promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, asset management, or financial operations
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong analytical skills applied to financial data and compliance tasks
• High attention to detail in record-keeping and transaction processing
