Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Assist customers with enquiries and bookings.

• Introduce and explain company products, services, and promotions.

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to provided leads to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective telemarketing and customer engagement.

• Follow up with leads and arrange appointments

• Maximize conversions within timeline for leads assigned

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the systems.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting targets

• Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

-Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-Confident and professional telephone manner.

-Customer-oriented and persuasive approach.

-Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

-Basic computer skills is a must.

-Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
