Senior/Executive Officer, Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively partner and co-develop industry-level solutions with Law Society’s partners to address learning and development trends and/or needs.
• Work closely with the Law Society of Singapore’s Council, Committee members, partners and stakeholders to identify emerging legal industry needs and develop relevant courses and initiatives that support members’ professional growth.
• Drive the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and new strategies, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and effective follow-through to achieve intended outcomes.
• Develop, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency in execution, operational efficiency, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in preferably exposure to consulting, policy development or capability development related work
• Resilient, detail-oriented, problem solver, and a proactive team player with a cheerful disposition who enjoys interacting with people
• Able to multitask and independently accomplish assignments within tight timelines
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
• Good language and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders across seniority
• Familiarity and interest in the areas of education, training and human capital development or legal sector would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Passionate about lifelong learning
