Oracle ERP Consultant (Healthcare Integration)

We are assisting our client in seeking an Oracle ERP Consultant with healthcare integration experience to support end‑to‑end system design, testing, and functional validation across Oracle ERP, Hospital Information Systems(HIS), and external applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP, HIS, and third‑party systems.
• Gather and document functional requirements for patient management, billing, collections, inventory, and financial workflows.
• Conduct functional validation, end‑to‑end testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align integration design with business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of Oracle ERP functional experience; healthcare domain preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials/SCM and healthcare operational workflows.
• Experience with ERP–HIS integrations, APIs, middleware, HL7/FHIR (advantage).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Exposure to hospital digital transformation or ERP migration projects.
