Nurse Clinician - Infection Control (Polyclinics)

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures to reduce healthcare-associated infections.
• Conduct infection surveillance, analyze data, and report trends to support quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Educate and train healthcare staff on infection prevention practices, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, and isolation precautions.
• Investigate infection outbreaks, recommend control measures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prevent further spread.
• Perform audits of clinical practices and provide feedback to improve compliance with infection control standards and guidelines.
• Advise healthcare teams on infection prevention strategies, antimicrobial stewardship, and safe patient care practices.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
