R-544368 IT Business Partner – Logistics & Distribution

The Senior Manager, IT Business Partner – Logistics & Distribution (Greater Asia) will be the primary TGS business partner for RDC intensive supply chain operations across Greater Asia, supporting large scale transformations including APM integration, regional distribution center (RDC) moves, 3PL transitions, and ERP/WMS localization activities.

This role is critical to ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and execution readiness across a complex logistics landscape characterized by multiple RDCs, 3PL partners, and phased system deployments. The role will work closely with Regional ISC leadership, Global Supply Chain, and central TGS teams to translate strategy into reliable technology delivery.

Dedicated senior IT BP coverage is required to reduce execution risk and ensure continuity during APM integration, RDC transitions, and 3PL changes across Greater Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Business Partnership (Greater Asia Focus)

• Serve as the dedicated IT Business Partner for Greater Asia logistics and distribution operations, including RDC‑heavy footprints

• Partner with Regional ISC and Operations leaders to support warehouse moves, RDC start‑ups/shut‑downs, and capacity shifts

• Act as the single point of IT accountability for logistics initiatives in the region

APM & Regional Transformation Enablement

• Lead IT engagement for integration activities impacting Greater Asia, including readiness, localization, and warehouse transitions

• Support regional ERP and supply chain system deployments, ensuring smooth cutover and interim flow design

• Drive IT alignment for 3PL onboarding, exit, or migration scenarios common in the region

Execution, Stability & Readiness

• Own end‑to‑end IT delivery for logistics and RDC‑related capabilities (ERP, WMS, TMS, integrations, reporting)

• Ensure operational stability during hypercare, peak periods, and regulatory-sensitive transitions

• Proactively manage risks related to data, interfaces, cutovers, and local process deviations

Regional Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Operate within global TGS governance while tailoring execution to Greater Asia regional realities

• Provide clear status, risk, and decision communications to regional and global leadership

• Support ASR inputs, funding justification, and sequencing for regional logistics IT demand

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with system integrators, 3PL IT teams, and local vendors across multiple countries

• Support transition from interim/contract resources to a sustainable long‑term operating model

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with strong focus on logistics, distribution, or RDC operations

• Proven experience supporting APAC / Greater Asia supply chain environments

• Strong hands‑on exposure to ERP (SAP ECC, S/4, JDE), WMS (e.g., Manhattan), and warehouse integrations

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior regional business leaders and manage complex change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting RDC moves, 3PL transitions, or greenfield warehouse deployments

• Prior involvement in global program localization or post‑merger integration in Asia

• Experience operating in highly regulated, multi‑country logistics environments

• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across time zones and diverse teams
