Job Description
Manage reservations, travel bookings and supplier coordination for the company's inbound tourism and travel services.
Responsibilities
- Process customer reservations and travel bookings.
- Coordinate accommodation reservations.
- Arrange transportation and tourism services.
- Verify availability and supplier confirmations.
- Prepare booking confirmations and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate reservation records.
- Process booking amendments and cancellations.
- Communicate with customers regarding booking status.
- Coordinate group reservations.
- Liaise with hotels and other tourism suppliers.
- Resolve reservation-related issues.
- Support travel consultants and operations personnel.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
- Relevant reservation/travel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Familiarity with travel reservation systems is advantageous.
