Job Description
Coordinate travel arrangements and provide operational support for inbound individual and group travel programmes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Manage booking and reservation requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels and transport providers.
- Arrange attraction and tourism services.
- Monitor travel schedules and confirmations.
- Communicate operational requirements to suppliers.
- Maintain customer and booking documentation.
- Assist with group arrival and departure arrangements.
- Handle amendments and operational changes.
- Resolve travel-related service issues.
- Support the travel agency's overall operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
- Relevant travel-industry experience preferred.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong customer-service capabilities.
- Able to work accurately under operational deadlines.
