Job Summary

Manage sales enquiries, order fulfilment, inventory, and product quality to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service at The Golden Concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers to drive showroom engagement
• Follow up with customers to provide effective after-sales service and resolve issues
• Manage order fulfilment processes and coordinate timely deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Communicate clearly with delivery personnel and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels, place supplier orders, and monitor receiving and shipping accuracy
• Organise warehouse storage and stock flow to optimise space utilisation and operational efficiency
• Lead product assembly, conduct quality control inspections, oversee repairs, and report on quality standards to maintain product reliability
• Perform administrative and office tasks to support daily operations and team coordination
• Safely carry and load heavy products to facilitate logistics and delivery tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (advantageous for delivery coordination)
• Experience or interest in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles (adds value to role effectiveness)

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, Retail, or equivalent (essential for understanding core business functions)
