Assistant Manager, Communication (6 Months Contract)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Novena
Salary: $4,000 – $4,500

Job Responsibilities

Social Media

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Design or source visuals in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events and initiatives.

Internal Communications

• Write and edit internal newsletters, announcements and staff updates.
• Support the production and coordination of internal communication campaigns.
• Develop content for platforms such as Viva Engage and Intranet.

Website Management

• Update and maintain website content to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Write and edit web copy, including landing pages, event listings and programme descriptions.
• Assist in improving the website’s information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure and content organisation.

Job Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good content writing and editing skills.
• Creative and able to develop engaging content for different platforms.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently as well as with different stakeholders.
• Prior experience in communications, content creation, social media or digital marketing will be an advantage.
