Outreach & Operations Executive [Govt]

• Location: Clarke Quay
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu) & 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,960 per month
• Duration: 3 + 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive awareness and participation through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with cultural institutions, brands, community organisations, and grassroots networks.
• Plan and execute roadshows, pop-ups, community activities, and on-ground events.
• Manage event logistics and coordinate with partners, stakeholders, volunteers, and ambassadors.
• Support call centre and helpdesk operations, including handling enquiries and escalations.
• Develop SOPs, protocols, scripts, and service standards to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
• Identify operational risks and support mitigation strategies and audit documentation.
• Provide secretariat, coordination, record-keeping, and general administrative support.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a degree with 2 years of experience in project management, administrative support, or programme coordination.
• Comfortable to work on some weekends and evenings when required.
