Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays :0630hrs to 1530hrs / 1600hrs or 1000hrs/1100hrsto 2000hrs

Job scope:

• Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter
• Perform financial counselling—explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits
• Perform billing and cashiering—process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection.
• To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs
• Reply to BO-related queries via email or calls
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
