Confinement Staff Nurse – Paeds/ Infant Care Experienced #HCK

The Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide attentive nursing and infant care while supporting parents in a nurturing environment. You will also play a key role in guiding our Infant Care Specialists to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and monitor infants’ health and wellbeing according to established protocols and standards.

- Deliver compassionate care and excellent service to infants and their parents.

- Manage daily infant routines including feeding, diaper changes, bathing, hygiene, and comfort.

- Maintain accurate records, ensure supplies and equipment are clean and adequately stocked, and communicate infants’ progress or concerns to parents/guardians.

- Foster secure infant development through warm, consistent, and nurturing caregiving.

- Guide and support Infant Care Specialists to deliver coordinated and quality care.

Requirements

- Diploma in Nursing or relevant nursing qualification.

- Experience working in a maternity ward is preferred.

- 1–2 years of relevant nursing or infant care experience is advantageous.

- Compassionate, responsible, and comfortable working with newborns and their parents.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
