Salary: $2,300 – $3,200/month
Location: Braddell

Job Scope:

• Process and record Accounts Payable invoices accurately via Coupa and SAP
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Support timely month-end and year-end AP closing
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain vendor/bank details in SAP
• Assist with withholding tax documentation and exchange rate updates
• Handle AP queries relating to PO, GRN, invoices and approval workflows
• Support internal and year-end audits
• Identify and support improvements to AP processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
