*NEW* 1 Year contract Project Manager - Banks

Job Duties:

• Support design and rollout of the Card Authorization Target Operating Model
• Assist in documenting target state, governance framework and progress
• Manage weekly cadence with markets on implementation progress of various deliverables
• Track implementation progress, issues, and dependencies; prepare management updates
• May also support portfolio lending related initiatives & adhoc projects
• Program orchestration and cross-team coordination of large-scale, multi-phase programs
• Own end-to-end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
• Act as the primary client-facing interface and provide a clear escalation and coordination point for queries, clarifications and follow-ups.
• Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in program or senior project management within the banking and financial services sector
• Good understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems within financial institutions
• Proven track record managing large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
