3 Months Contract Receptionist (Business Office) *EAST* #HZTK

Location: Joo Chiat
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm / 10.30am–8pm
5-day workweek with rostered weekends and public holidays

Job Scope

• Manage front counter operations and provide professional assistance to patients.
• Register and process walk-in patients accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain patient documentation and relevant administrative records.
• Conduct financial counselling and provide patients with information on applicable charges and payment matters.
• Handle payment collection and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Perform daily reconciliation of collections and maintain accurate financial records.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage email correspondence and follow up on enquiries or requests as required.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
