Accounts Assistant (Central/3k/5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and taxclients.
• Respond professionally to client queries and requests.
• Perform data entry using systems like Xero, AutoCount,and MS Office.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Handle online filings with ACRA, IRAS, CPF, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 1 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider or outsourced accounting environment will be an advantage.
• Comfortable managing several clients and deadlines at the same time.
• Careful, responsible and willing to follow work through to completion.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Candidate without experience also can apply.
