You will engage potential business owners by conducting outbound calls to introduce digital marketing services, identify marketing needs, and arrange qualified appointments for the sales team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and business owners to introduce digital marketing services
• Assess prospects’ current marketing situations and identify their business needs
• Identify and qualify interested prospects for appointment setting
• Arrange and confirm appointments for sales consultants with qualified prospects
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest to nurture leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly appointment goals to support sales objectives
• Build professional rapport with potential clients to foster trust and engagement
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to engage diverse business owners

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, or sales
• Experience engaging with SME/business owners
• Basic understanding of social media or digital marketing (training provided)
