Logistics Planner

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating daily deliveries to ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Drivers and Customers to optimise delivery schedules and vehicle utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Allocate deliveries to company vehicles or external transport providers.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and minimise transportation costs.
• Coordinate delivery timing with customers and drivers.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse and Production on delivery arrangements.
• Ensure goods are picked, packed and ready before dispatch.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DOs) and delivery documentation.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays or delivery issues promptly.
• Provide timely delivery updates to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are returned and properly filed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in delivery planning/logistics preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Meticulous, responsible and proactive team player.

Working Hours & Location

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
