UAT Test Engineer

The UAT Tester will support system implementation and enhancement initiatives by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validating system functionality, gathering user feedback, and ensuring successful adoption of new solutions. The role works closely with business users and project stakeholders to support testing, issue resolution, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute UAT test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Log, track, and retest defects and system enhancements.
• Gather and consolidate user feedback, requirements, and improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users and project teams.
• Monitor and follow up on testing outcomes, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare test reports, status updates, and user feedback summaries.
• Support training, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, user guides, and process materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in UAT, project coordination, business operations, or related functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
