Admin Assistant (PO/DO)

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Basic up to $2,800 (Depending on experience)
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and schedule Engineers for daily service and project assignments.
• Manage and monitor intern deployment schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle customer calls, service requests and enquiries.
• Manage email correspondence and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory, service records and documentation.
• Assist with billing, invoicing and administrative matters.
• Provide general operational support to the service team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
