About this job
Job Description:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.
- Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
- Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
- Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- Ability to comprehend user stories and enhancement requirements
