Rebar Supervisor (Structural)

Job Summary

Lead and supervise rebar works on construction sites, ensuring timely material delivery, coordination with related teams, compliance with safety procedures, and approval of rebar tying through joint inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of rebar workers to execute all rebar works efficiently on site
• Interpret construction rebar drawings and accurately process bar bending schedules to guide work activities
• Coordinate timely delivery of rebar materials to the construction site to maintain workflow continuity
• Collaborate with formwork and casting supervisors to align schedules and meet project deadlines
• Conduct joint inspections with SRE, RE, and Engineers to secure approval for rebar tying quality and compliance
• Enforce and manage safety protocols on site to ensure all work procedures meet safety standards
• Adapt work hours flexibly according to site requirements and project demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in Singapore and internationally is advantageous
