Carpenter

Key Responsibilities

1. Fabricate and erect formwork/shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and staircases
2. Experienced in handling timber, metal and aluminium formwork.
3. Measure, cut, and shape timber, plywood, and steel formwork panels
4. Install formwork supports, props, and bracing according to engineering specifications
5. Dismantle and strike formwork after concrete curing, and prepare materials for reuse
6. Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of formwork panels and carpentry tools
7. Coordinate with steel fixers, concreters, and other trades to ensure work sequencing
8. Ensure all work complies with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations and site safety procedures
9. Produce quality works and rectify works to meet cleints' expectations.
10. Adheres to safe work practices and guidlines to ensure safe work environment.
11. Able to work independently and meet the given schedules.
