Calibration Technician

We are a SAC-SINGLAS accredited and ISO-certified company providing calibration of measuring instruments, engineering support services, and trading of industrial equipment and tools.

Job Summary

Perform calibration of dimensional and mechanical tools following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO and SAC-SINGLAS standards.

Responsibilities

- Calibrate dimensional and mechanical tools (Torque, Force) both in-house and on-site (where required) according to established calibration procedures

- Record calibration data accurately on worksheets to maintain integrity and consistency of test procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 and SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 standards

- Follow and implement management instructions and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality outcomes and maintain attention to detail

- Maintain clear and legible documentation of calibration activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

- Understanding of SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 requirements

- Relevant technical qualification in a related field

- Prior experience in dimensional and/or mechanical calibration and/or CMM measurement

- Strong work ethic and good handwriting

- Singaporean/Malaysian/SPR
