Communications:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing and delivering executive communications (e.g., town halls and leadership memos) that are aligned to business priorities.

Write, develop, and distribute the International newsletter reaching employees across APAC and EMEA.
Support external communications, including advising APAC executives on media opportunities and managing relationships with key financial reporters; help mitigate negative coverage by ensuring accurate reporting and shaping narratives where appropriate.
Support regional executive visibility through social media.
Events:
Plan, manage, and execute the full lifecycle of regional events — including client conferences, town halls, leadership forums, and corporate hospitality --- from concept through on-site delivery.
Own end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, run-of-show, and post-event wrap-up.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost discipline; finalize event budgets and track spend against approvals.
Measure event effectiveness through attendee engagement metrics and feedback, applying learnings to continuously improve outcomes.
