Job Summary

Design and develop sports lifestyle fashion products by managing the full design process, researching trends, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of innovative collections tailored for local and overseas markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the design process from concept to production, including design research, sketching, fabric and color selection, and fittings to deliver finished products
• Research and analyze trends, colors, and fabrics to generate innovative ideas that enhance company collections
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure designs meet specifications, requirements, and deadlines
• Customize regional product designs and developments to meet the needs of local markets and overseas partners
• Deliver planned product quantities within set deadlines to support business goals
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and other relevant parties to oversee merchandise development and construction
• Conduct costing and competitiveness studies on merchandise and materials to optimize pricing and quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the garment and design industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and refine design concepts
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin with strong writing and communication skills

• Creative flair with a keen eye for trends, details, and color to enhance design quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and a strong team player
• Immediate availability to start work
