  • Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 8.30 – 6.00pm| Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development Leadership & Coordination

  • Provide interim leadership and coordination for the Content Development team.
  • Support the Deputy Director (Digital Communications) in overseeing day-to-day content development operations.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance on content planning, development, and execution across digital platforms.
  • Ensure continuity and smooth execution of ongoing content development workstreams.

Social Media Content Planning & Execution

  • Guide content planning and execution for social media channels.
  • Review content outputs and provide editorial and strategic direction to ensure quality and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate production timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Oversee multiple content workstreams and ensure effective coordination throughout the development process.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Manage stakeholder engagement with internal divisions to coordinate content requirements and priorities.
  • Liaise with external vendors and creative partners where required to support content production.
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the Content Development team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and address operational issues to maintain continuity of content development activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Digital Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in content development, digital communications, social media, content production, or creative project management.
  • Experience in supervising teams or managing content workstreams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic and operational guidance on content planning and development for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital content and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
