Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create original content that drives engagement and extends reach across multiple social media channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to develop relevant content and analyze performance.
• Assist in sentiment analysis and generate reports based on social media insights and social listening.
• Engage in community management, responding to queries, comments, and fostering discussions.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social issues and trends relevant to social welfare and community engagement.
• Creative storytelling ability, with clear articulation of ideas and concise messaging.
• Excellent copywriting and writing skills.
• Photography, videography, editing, and design skills are a plus.
• Digital native with practical experience in social media management.
• A keen understanding of social media platforms, trends, and usage norms.
• Basic knowledge of social media insights and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and measure content performance.
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
