About TRCL Group
TRCL Group is a not-for-profit arts and culture charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) status. Committed to addressing social divide through creative and artistic interventions, we create opportunities in arts, education and community relations.
TRCL Group currently manages:
- The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BT BAF), supporting under-served children and youth with artistic potential.
- The Bloom Fund, bridging inter-generational divides and creating connections for seniors through arts and community programmes.
In addition to other subsidiaries, venues and signature events.
What we want this role to focus on
Social Media Management
- Manage TRCL Group’s social media accounts, and build new platforms where relevant.
- Plan and implement content calendars to ensure platforms are appropriately populated with engaging, high-quality content.
- Analyse and report social media patterns and statistics, to better plan strategies andtactics backed by data.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Ideate and collaborate with creative team mates to present consistent and holistic campaigns.
- Oversee content ideation and creation for assigned projects, upholding TRCL Group’s branding, in support of events, campaigns and business objectives.
- Handle photo/video taking and editing as part of content creation.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage requests from internal and external stakeholders, as part of project and timeline management.
- Bridge communications among stakeholders, partners and vendors when necessary, to facilitate the best campaign outcomes.

What will equip you for the role
Academic & Professional Background
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in or related to Communications, PR, Digital Media/Marketing.
- Fresh Graduates or Poly Graduates with 2 years’ work experience (internship is welcomed as part of these two years)
Key Competencies
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Social media-savvy and curious about/familiar with trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to multi-task and work under dynamic timelines.
- Be highly collaborative, communicative and open to wild ideas!
- Not afraid to express opinions and navigate requests and demands for optimal results.
