Sr/Civil Primavera Planning Engineer -(LTA/MRT Project)

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate master schedules, establish target baselines, and execute ongoing progress updates.
• Direct timeline integration across structural, architectural, MEP, and process utility systems from initial engineering through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Calculate activity durations, analyze productivity rates, and plan resource distribution for critical construction phases.
• Generate detailed weekly and monthly status reports, and provide schedule analysis for Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Calculate activity durations, analyze productivity rates, and plan resource distribution for critical construction phases.
• Prepare technical methodology and scheduling documents for tender proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent technical field.
• Min 3 years of dedicated construction planning and scheduling experience within general building facilities or multi-story industrial projects. Main contractor or consultant backgrounds are preferred.
• Advanced, active proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development with clients, critical path analysis, and generating progress reports.
• Candidates with predominantly LTA, roadworks, MRT, tunneling, marine, or infrastructure project backgrounds will not be considered.
• Position is site-based in the Woodlands area. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
