6 months Contract Procurement (Finance) ($5K to $6K) #NJA

The Job:

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay system, including tender opening, acting as procurement system administrator, and performing daily transaction processing
• Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group Procurement Policy, Operating Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team in Malaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.
• Supports any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing and executing user- acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live.
• Ensure compliance by proactively considering business and regulatory risks, and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
• Adhoc duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree Holder With at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure in procurement projects and initiatives
• Strong governance discipline and knowledge in procurement operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
