Job Description 💼:
Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ workforce requirements, hiring preferences, and business objectives.
• Develop and recommend tailored recruitment strategies and solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.

Recruitment and Candidate Management

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and identification to successful placement.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels and assess their skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews and the hiring process between clients and applicants.
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Business Development

• Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Expand the company’s client network
• Develop and nurture long-term business partnerships to support company growth and increase successful placements.

Requirements 📝:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
