Infra Support Analyst (Systems/Cloud) | CONTRACT

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst (Systems) to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure in a cloud environment. The role is responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and operational excellence across cloud, server, network, and platform services while supporting infrastructure projects and IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, and Security Management.
• Perform infrastructure capacity planning, security reviews, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage service escalations and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure support and maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, EKS, Glue, EMR, and Step Functions.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, Kubernetes, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, Python, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, network, database, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, or IT Project Management certifications.
• Experience in vendor management, security audits, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
