Donor Relations Executive (Buddhist Service)

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk.
Attend to enquiries from donors, devotees and members of the public via walk-ins, telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, devotees and visitors by providing professional and responsive customer service.
Coordinate and support the smooth execution of donor relations activities, religious ceremonies, temple events and front-line customer service operations.
Maintain accurate donor records and database information within the donor management system.
Prepare donor reports, mailing lists and quarterly reports for Management Committee meetings.
Assist in the planning and coordination of overseas pilgrimages, study tours and other temple programmes when required.
Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, donor relations, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, as the role communicates regularly with English- and Chinese-speaking donors, devotees and stakeholders.
Ability to converse in Chinese dialects (e.g. Hokkien, Teochew or Cantonese) would be an advantage, as the role frequently interacts with elderly devotees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM systems would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Buddhist temple operations, ceremonies and practices would be an advantage.
Able to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
